As a Sales Specialist you will:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels.
  • Proactively sell SEO services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a client base primarily through phone calls and video conferences.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients.
  • Conduct initial SEO assessments and develop tailored advertising strategies with Teams.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations about SEO services.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee their execution.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
  • Prepare regular analyses and reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Content, Link Building, and SEO Teams as well as their respective Team Leaders.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.

Job requirements

Must have:

  • C1/C2 level in English as the primary language of communication (both speaking and writing).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the SEO or digital marketing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Practical knowledge of negotiation techniques, sales, and customer service.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of SEO services to potential clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their pain points, and offer tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactiveness, results-driven, creativity and problem-solving approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments and continuously improving sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

Nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A secondary language.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with CMS frameworks (i. e. WordPress, Shopify).

Our recruitment process

  1. Screening Call - an introductory call where you'll get to know more about us as a company and we’ll get to know more about you.

  2. Recruitment Task - a quick test of your ability that will give us an insight on how you operate. You will be asked to carry out a typical problem you might face in your day to day task.

  3. Team Leader Interview - final interview with your prospective Team Leader where you'll discuss the results of the previous steps and the position in detail.

  4. Feedback - we will inform you with the results of the recruitment process.
