As an Account Manager you will:

  • Build, maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients (post-sales).
  • Manage clients’ projects; being the bridge between teams and delivering the best result for the client.
  • Ability to run projects in agile.
  • Manage clients’ projects and their expectations.
  • Look after clients’ accounts in terms of communication.
  • Answer clients’ questions regarding basic SEO framework where possible.
  • Act as a Solution Manager, taking an active role on projects.
  • Cooperate with SEO and Content teams, as well as third-party vendors to process orders.
  • Report campaign progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform keyword research to learn about relevant keyword groups and target keywords according to clients' business goals.
  • Develop and execute projects and products that deliver business results.
  • Translate clients' business models and KPIs into developing effective and ROI-driven SEO strategies.

Job requirements

Must have:

  • C1/C2 level in English as the primary language of communication (both speaking and writing).
  • Min. 2 years experience in Account/Project/Client-relationship management.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or related topics like web development and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to understand client's strategic goals, advise clients to take action and navigate conflict.
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational plans that define how to achieve results.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills allow you to define clients’ needs and translate them into a digestible scope and goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Risk Analysis (i.e. SWOT, RCA or Probability & Impact Matrix).
  • Proactiveness, creativity and problem-solving approach.

Nice for you to have:

  • Experience in sales and upselling.
  • Practical SEO knowledge.
  • A secondary language.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with CMS frameworks (i. e. WordPress, Shopify).

Our recruitment process

  1. Screening Call - an introductory call where you'll get to know more about us as a company and we’ll get to know more about you.

  2. Recruitment Task - a quick test of your ability that will give us an insight on how you operate. You will be asked to carry out a typical problem you might face in your day to day task.

  3. Team Leader Interview - final interview with your prospective Team Leader where you'll discuss the results of the previous steps and the position in detail.

  4. Feedback - we will inform you with the results of the recruitment process.
