As a Content Writer, you will:
Write up to 2000 words of keyword-rich, premium content: articles, blog posts, product descriptions, and content for clients’ websites
Optimize content according to the best SEO practices
Produce content for the SUSO blog
Proofread, edit and fact-check diverse types of content
Work with designers to create detailed briefs for infographics
Conduct in-depth research on a variety of topics
Produce new content ideas
Collaborate with different departments to provide the best campaign results
Learn to plan and execute content strategy for clients from the ground up
What we offer:
Starting salary of 5 200 - 7 000 PLN net + VAT on a B2B contract or 4 300 - 5 810 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.

Job requirements
Must have:
Fluent written and spoken English (native level)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content writing or copywriting and editing
Knowledge of SEO-focused content creation and optimization
Understanding the fundamentals of on-page SEO (i.e., page title and heading optimization)
Ability to write content that is optimized for Local SEO
Skills in researching a wide array of topics for clients in different industries
Established time-management skills to prioritize deadlines and content delivery
Proactiveness - the drive to fix problems, discover new solutions, and create new and engaging content ideas that are out of the box
Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
Genuine interest in content writing
Nice to have:
Theoretical knowledge of Google Analytics, Ads and Google Search Console
In-depth experience in marketing or writing for a specific niche, be it Fintech, Tech, Finance, Health, Lifestyle or something else - are you a specialist? We’d love to hear from you.
Experience or good familiarity with tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, Grammarly
Ability to conduct content and competitor analysis using Ahrefs and SurferSEO
Ability to conduct keyword research to create new content / optimize existing content on clients’ websites
Knowledge and experience of using various AI tools to your advantage
Familiarity with Content SEO terms such as thin content, keyword cannibalisation, keyword grouping, semantic search, information architecture, EAT, YMYL, search intent, internal linking, site architecture, URL structure, NLP, BERT, MUM
Practical knowledge of website engines (i.e. WordPress) and their editing tools.
A portfolio of 20 published articles

Recruitment Task - a quick test of your ability that will give us an insight into how you operate. You will be asked to carry out a typical problem you might face in your day-to-day task. We know it's a difficult subject - but there's nothing we don't write.
Screening Call - an introductory call where you'll get to know more about us as a company and we’ll get to know more about you.
Team Leader Interview - final interview with your prospective Team Leader where you'll discuss the results of the previous steps and the position in detail.
Feedback - we will inform you of the results of the recruitment process.
